Rico started RS Software in Perth after years of building software for mining and construction companies. He has watched plenty of them fight tools that were sold to them and never fitted the work.

That is where the company came from. He has since built software for a number of those businesses, so he knows how the work actually happens on site. He works out what the job really is, writes the plan, and keeps the build on schedule.

He is your point of contact from the first call to the work that follows launch.

Koen turns the plan into working software. He has spent years developing and hosting, so the person writing your code is also the one running the servers it lives on. Nothing gets handed over a fence halfway.

He also builds and manages social and marketing channels. That means he looks at what we make the way your customers will, not only the way a developer would.

Our last audit cost me two days of pulling folders apart. This one took forty minutes. I filtered by machine, exported the PDFs and sent them through. The auditor stopped and asked what we were running.
Remeasures were costing us real money. One wrong drop on a scribbled note and you pay for the same panel twice. Now the measure is signed off on site and goes straight to production. We haven't had a remake from a measuring error since March.
I was sceptical about anything that summarises my own files back at me. It cites the source every time. I've checked it about thirty times now and it has been right every time, so I've stopped checking.
